Privacy Policy for Enaam on Google Play

This Privacy Policy describes how Amanah Mall ("we," "our," or "us"), operator of the Enaam mobile application ("Enaam" or the "App"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you install and use the App on Android devices via Google Play Store. This policy satisfies Google Play Console requirements for user transparency and control.

1. Data Collection

1.1 Personal Data

User-Provided Data: Name, email address, and phone number (for giveaway entries).

Crash & Analytics Data: Usage analytics and crash reports collected via third-party services (e.g., Firebase).

1.2 Device & Usage Data

Device Information: Model, OS version, unique device identifiers.

Usage Data: App usage metrics (screens viewed, feature interactions) to help us improve performance.

2. Use of Data

We use collected data to operate and maintain the App, personalize your experience, send transactional notifications, diagnose technical issues, monitor performance, prevent fraud, and ensure security.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

3.1 Service Providers

We may share data with trusted third-party vendors for email delivery, analytics & crash reporting (e.g., Firebase), and customer support. They are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than the services we engage them for.

3.2 Legal Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a sale, merger, or acquisition of Amanah Mall, user data may be transferred as part of the business assets. We will notify you via in-app notice or email at least 30 days before any transfer.

4. In-App Permissions

Enaam only requests permissions essential for app functionality. All permission requests are made at runtime with clear explanations of why they’re needed.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

Enaam is not targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the information.

Data Access & Deletion: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@enaam.pk .

Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes take effect 30 days after posting.
